A lot of open and thoughtful discussions with the team & senior leaders to understand how we could best service everyone's needs during this period.

The human spirit is resilient and I truly believe it helped us all through the uncertainty & navigate the ongoing unknowns.

Is there anything you are changing in your planning process moving forward as a result of the pandemic?

Largely having a lot more conversations with production/event partners, including venues and hotel partners to better understand how everyone is adapting once things begin to come back and what we need to do on our end to better plan & budget accordingly.
