How were you able to adapt during COVID-19 when the meeting and events industry got disrupted?

Shannon Paciorek, Meeting Planner of the Association of Community Cancer Centers

As the country began to shut down, we moved all live meetings to next year. We had to make a very quick pivot to hold meetings virtually. This meant entering a realm the meeting department hadn’t worked in before.

I’m proud of how we successfully made this adjustment and still managed to offer our members engaging and important content. Our members deal with cancer patients every day so to provide them support was invaluable.
