How were you able to adapt during COVID-19 when the meeting and events industry got disrupted?
Overnight we went from International Meeting Planners to full time contract re-negotiators. We came together as a team, submerged ourselves in educational sessions, focused on new business opportunities and quickly learned ow to stay relevant during this transformative period in our industry. Most importantly, we are proud of the way we have showed up for our clients and helped them navigate this pandemic. We have leaned on each other to keep motivated and to stay focused on the positive. We are certain that this will make us and our business stronger.
