Read how meeting and event planner Jill Goldfine of EventHouse Partners became innovative in surviving and succeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic.
How were you able to adapt during COVID-19 when the meeting and events industry got disrupted?
EventHouse Partners is a meeting and event management company that delivers memorable and effective events that drive real value to our clients. We are experts in virtual, hybrid, and traditional in-person events of all sizes, and on the global stage. Our experienced team employs a proven, five-step methodology to serve our clients: Discover- we take a consultative approach to determine our clients’ goals and desired outcomes. Design- we think creatively and outside the box to craft a unique vision for the event. Plan – based on our discovery and design, we develop a detailed plan and budget. Execute – we bring the best resources to execute every aspect of the plan, including all the pre-work and on-site logistics. Measure- we develop and track key performance indicators that are important to our clients, such as attendee satisfaction, lead generation, brand promotion, etc.
EventHouse developed a popular YouTube channel that showcases inspiring stories of hospitality professionals who have found success amid difficult circumstances due to the pandemic. Our channel includes videos about approaching our new shade of normal, and tips and tricks for planners and travelers.
We are encouraged about the prospects of a full recovery in the events industry in 2021, whereby organizations return to pre-COVID style, in-person meetings.
This post is part of the HopSkip Planner Spotlight Series where we celebrate the positivity and optimism shown by planners across the industry when navigating the turbulent waters that COVID-19 has brought the meetings and events industry. Keep an eye out as we release more stories like this over the next few months.
