How were you able to adapt during COVID-19 when the meeting and events industry got disrupted?

We moved everything to a virtual format. This also allowed us to experiment with new session formats and different types of content delivery.

As a planner, what was the number one thing you learned over the past year?

That we need to continue to stay nimble and have back up plans for back up plans.

Is there anything you are changing in your planning process moving forward as a result of the pandemic?

Session lengths will be shorter. Virtual is the new back up plan. We are now developing new plans that include online and in-person experiences
