How were you able to adapt during COVID-19 when the meeting and events industry got disrupted?
Review, Reset & Reskill During the craziness of COVID-19, NRECA was able to review our programs and work processes. We reset our educational strategy and fast-tracked to a new online learning platform. Finally this season provided the opportunity for the staff to adapt and learn new skills to keep them relevant in the industry.
