Nearly two-thirds of business travelers say the increased reliance on virtual work that has become common during the pandemic is negatively impacting both productivity (64%) and workplace culture (65%)
Not surprised to see that we've reached the threshold where working from home productivity is starting to decline. Additionally, the culture of a company is critically important and without face-to-face collaboration it's inevitable that the workplace culture will change.

A company needs to work together as a cohesive unit to reach success. Working and meeting virtually creates challenges to work as a cohesive unit that wouldn't naturally occur if the group were face-to-face
89% of business travelers also said that face-to-face interactions are important for professional training.
What this tells us:
We're not surprised to see this stat. Studies show education and knowledge retainment are are more effective when conducted in person. Many companies who provide technical training on physical product struggle deeply when trying to conduct this type of training online.
