How were you able to adapt during COVID-19 when the meeting and events industry got disrupted?
After being laid off due to COVID-19 restructuring, I used my time wisely by studying for the Certified Meeting Professional Exam. My motto is to choose joy in every circumstance. Setbacks are set ups for comebacks. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to shine in my new role at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc, where we actively pursue scientific discoveries to advance medicine.
