How were you able to adapt during COVID-19 when the meeting and events industry got disrupted?

We made an immediate pivot to virtual events while working with our suppliers to reschedule our live events. To add an engaging experience to these events, we incorporated a physical touch by mailing themed gifts to the registrants.  Then, we began planning small in-person meetings and worked with the venues to enforce all health and safety measures recommended by the CDC. With both the virtual and in person events we were excited to see the level of interest and engagement beyond what we would normally expect.
