MMA Feb 2022

What this tells us:

No surprise here.  There is no replicating the feeling that face-to-face meetings and events bring to the attendee experience.

Data Point #4:

73% are very optimistic about their ability to use technology to enhance the meeting experience vs. 61% in 2021.

4-1

What this tells us:

The pandemic has accelerated the adoption of technology in the meetings and events industry.  Many planners were forced to shift their events online causing them to quickly evaluate and learn the solutions available for planning and producing a virtual event.  We expect this trend to continue as planners begin sourcing new face-to-face events.
